Senior Class Counseling Information

🎓 Class of 2026 — Important June Tasks!

Congratulations graduates! Before you fully kick off summer mode there are a few important tasks to take care of right away. Please read carefully!

1️⃣ PICK UP YOUR DIPLOMA! Your diploma is ready and waiting for you! 🎉

📍 Pick up tables will be set up in front of the AHS Library 📅 Monday and Tuesday this week Don't forget to grab yours!

2️⃣ REQUEST YOUR FINAL TRANSCRIPT All college-bound seniors must request their official final transcript to be sent to their attending institution — this includes 4-year universities, CSUs, UCs, and colleges. 📋 Submit your request here → https://forms.gle/dyiiSwGLvjfmf7wp8 Please include all required information when filling out the form!

3️⃣ DUAL ENROLLMENT TRANSCRIPTS (BC, Cerro Coso, CSUB) If you took Dual Enrollment courses through BC, Cerro Coso, or CSUB this year you are responsible for requesting those transcripts separately through each institution's own process.

🔵 BC & Cerro Coso — You must create a Certree account to request your transcript. Follow the instructions provided and note that there is a fee for this service.

🔵 CSUB — Please follow CSUB's transcript request process directly through their website.

⚠️ Do NOT assume your transcripts will be sent automatically — YOU must initiate each request!

FAFSA & CADAA ASSISTANCE AVAILABLE!

The State of California requires all high school seniors to complete a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) or the California Dream Act Application (CADAA) as part of a universal financial aid policy (AB 469/AB 132) that began in the 2022-2023 academic year. Students may opt out by submitting a waiver form if they choose not to file.All seeniors will be encouraged to submit an application before graduation as part of the . 

All seniors that submit an FAFSA/CADAA Application will be eligible for incentives if they submit by March 2nd!
