Treble Ensemble (Treble Choir 1)
Treble Ensemble is our beginning level treble choir at Arvin High School. It is a year-long course open to any female student in grades 9-12 who desires to learn how to sing and to read music for the first time. Students will learn basic vocal technique, basic music literacy skills, and will perform at school concerts and represent Arvin High at district festivals.
 
Bass Chorus (Bass Choir 1)
Treble Ensemble is our beginning level bass choir at Arvin High School. It is a year-long course open to any male student in grades 9-12 who desires to learn how to sing and to read music for the first time. Students will learn basic vocal technique, basic music literacy skills, and will perform at school concerts and represent Arvin High at district festivals.
 
Concert Choir (Mixed Choir 2)
Concert Choir is our intermediate level mixed chorus at Arvin High School. It is a year-long course open to any student in grades 9-12 who is continuing their study of singing and reading music beyond a basic level. Designed to serve as a transition course from our beginning level ensembles to our advanced level ensembles, students will expand their study of basic vocal technique and music literacy to an intermediate level, and will perform at school concerts and represent Arvin High at district festivals. 
 
Madrigals (Advanced Chamber Choir) 
Madrigals is our advanced level mixed choir at Arvin High School. It is a year-long course open by audition only to male and female singers in grades 9-12.  It is highly recommended that students have participated in our beginning and/or intermediate level courses or have had prior musical experience prior to enrolling. This is an advanced course focusing on advanced level vocal technique and music reading skills. Students are expected to perform and to be excellent ambassadors for Arvin High School at all school concerts and district festivals.
